Front Flat Tires Overnight!

Well.... Fix one problem now, and on to another problem.
Woke up this morning to find both front tires flatter than hell. I've always had a problem keeping air in the front tires. I would lose about 2-4 lbs per day. The back tires about half as bad. I'd just pump them up using CTIS. I was going to look for that leak one day. Just not today.
To add a bit more info to the puzzle... Yesterday I replaced all my rusty lugs with new bright chrome McGard lugs. On one of my tires, the CTIS hose was in the way of my lug socket wrench. So I tapped the hose connector some to get it out of the way. Yeah, I know what your thinking. I thought the same thing right after I did it. About two seconds too late! I can't remember which tire it was but I'll bet it was one of the front tires.
Is there a good way to trouble shoot a CTIS leak? I have soapy water and so far hasn't shown anything yet. I may just disconnect the tire from CTIS and maybe that will help isolate the leak.

Another question guys.
Looking at the quick disconnect, it's all rusted solid. It doesn't look like the part 6005109. It looks like a quick disconnect from a air tool. Is that normal or just a different year?
The price of the 6005109 small disconnect is around $160 each!! Is there a kit or a way to put a tire fill nozzel right on the tire without using the long tube and quick disconnect? Is it possible to take a regular tire nozzel and a bushing, put together and get something to work so I can drive? I'll work on it when I get the coin.

If both front tire are flat the leak is isolated to the front system. Check the quick disconnects because usually one side or the other has come loose. If they are good one of the front lines probably sprung a leak. Soapy water can help with the troubleshooting. Try turning the pump on and airing up the fronts and after you have plenty of air in them shut the pump and truck off and get busy with the soapy water.
If the quick disconnects are not factory they probably have been changes to something you can get at any hardware store. Good luck with it and post pictures of the disconnects if you need help identifying them.

Thanks Green 1. It going to be fun. I actually tried to isolate one of the tires by disconnecting it. The disconnect is completely different from everything I've seen anywhere. Nothing in the service manual. My disconnect looks just like a air tool disconnect. See below...
IMG_0450.jpg
IMG_0459.jpgIT's all rusted and when I tried to get it off, they both went down quick. The seal on the rusted disconnect didn't seal at all. It looks like crap as you can see and can't be reused. Right now I will build a valve nozzle right on the wheel until I can get this fix somehow.
Does anyone know this kind of disconnect for the CTIS? I think it must be a aftermarket thing. If anyone sees a place to get these, PLEASE let me know!

Thanks guys. I did contact Tom and he knows his stuff for sure. I'll be talking some more shortly.
BTW....
I fixed both wheels with their own valve stem temporally. Now the damn "Tire Air" Alarm is going off. The back tires are still on the CTIS and is not the problem. I don't have any plug in the front hubs. Is there a way to shut that thing up by resetting something or unplugging something? I guess I could get a couple air tool disconnects to plug the holes or possibly take out the nozzles and plug them directly.
