I haven't really had any negative comments with my H2 other than the forest troll. But he was going after everyone. When I first got it people would ask at the gas station how much to fill it up and it must suck getting 8 miles to the gallon. One of the guys that made the 8 mile to gallon comment was driving a F350. After talking with him for several minutes he found out I was getting better mileage than him. Then he put his tail between his legs and drove off. Most of the comments that i do get are positive. This last weekend there was a guy that was impressed seeing three of us at the gas station. Of course mine hasn't been washed since Big Bear. So he asked if we were coming back or going. Told him we were going to run Cleghorn. He said it was nice to finally see some Hummers that were actually wheeled and didn't have all the chrome on them :)

I've owned both Jeeps and Hummers. New Jeep this time as it's small and that's good on the Midwest trails, it's available new, wish the Hummers were. I still want an H1 but can't use it around here so I probably shouldn't buy one. I like Hummer people, they let me off road in my Jeep with them in Moab!!!

That just shows we aren't very discriminating.:)
Heck, that shows y'all are crazy! Seriously, these "haters" you run across are either too young to know how to conduct themselves in public or just plain ol dumb. Either way it's just nice to be able to walk away.

Thanks guys, this will be my third trip with the Black Sheep but I won't get there till Thursday morning. Mozee wont be along, she gets a week with my dad goose hunting while I am gone. I'm planning on Moab in April also but it is a long way off. My kid's spring break is around that time also and I promised them a trip to Sedona/Phoenix.

I mentioned this in a post a while back -- I have to admire that moron at least a little it for actually hating everyone with fuel burning vehicles equally, he didn't just hop on a bandwagon or slam one brand because someone told him they are bad.

and yes the 40's, dirt and scratches chase bad comments away!
