Check your coolant level first

Coolant level is good.

This could mean many things. Do you mean the fan?...or do you mean you have no heat?

The fan seems to be working, AC is good also. It's just I don't get any heat when I turn the heater on, just cold air.

Have you done a reset (recalibrate) on the switches? Easy to do and it controls the heat setting

I did the calibration, it worked, but then went out again when I started the truck.

1. Ignition on.
2. Turn temp dial (left button) all the way to right.
3. Turn blower control (middle button) all the way to right.
4. Turn mode selector (right button) all the way to left.
5. Then, simultaneously press and hold the temp dial and mode selector buttons until LED flashes about 6 times.
