Welcome from a former Madisonite. Living in Phoenix now for about 6 months. What part on Madison do you hail from? I lived on the southwest side near PD and Maple Grove towards Verona. Im also a BMW owner although mine is of the 2 wheel type. My wife drives a 325 though. All I do is work on hers it seems like. Spent a lot of money over the years at Zimbric BMW for parts.

Thanks for all the Welcomes! Reloader, I'm an east sider. Been driving the BMWs for years, with the exception of a Rover mishap for a bit. Just traded in an X3 towards this alpha, and sold my 325xi to a buddy a month ago as well. Always wanted to pick up a bike though. Really would like a black R1150GS. I have always hit up Worldwide Auto wholesale off of Stoughton and Pflaum for parts rather than Zimbrick, unless I really need something small quick. I've always found the extreme liberal ways of Madison......... entertaining. In the last week I've found that they really hate this H3. :horns:

Yea the GS is an awesome ride. I have an old 97 R1100RS now with a custom Hindle exhaust. Its bright red and a wonderful bike to ride. Who did you get your 3 from?
I got mine from Bergstrom up in Neenah as the Madison store didnt have what I wanted. World wide Auto is a good source as long as you dont have to deal with Peter. I always liked dealing with Jane or Jennefer. I think Jane is married to Peter and even she says he is an ass.
I was a used car tech at Smart Toyota prior to moving to AZ. Before that I was a tech at Hansen auto on S Park street. Never had any problems with the H3 and the Madison Libturds all though the occasional prius owner would ask me how the fuel mileage is on the 3 and I would thank them for purchasing their Prius from Smart Motors as I worked there and they would smile till I told them the gas they were saving ment more fuel for my Hummer. Work never appreciated the Toyota Recovery Vehicle sticker on the back of my Hummer. They once asked me to park it backed into my parking spot.
Hows the weather back home. Was cool here today. Only made it to 75. :giggle:

Well, it's 14 today, up from 9 yesterday, got a couple inches of snow again too, so suck it. :gaah:
Got both the X3 and the 325xi in Chicago. I teach at MMI, which is over on Agriculture drive, and right by Worldwide. I've always preferred dealing with Jane, but there is a little bar next door called the Knuckledown that we hit up after work some times, and both Jane and Peter hit up happy hour there every day. Peter is big in to Rovers and old Minis, he has several of them. I usually bull**** with him about my old Disco 2, or other random european auto ****. He's always been super nice to me, but he has a beer in front of him every time. I bought this Alpha two fridays ago, and the first monday at 7:30am I had a prius behind me give me the one finger salute. I bought a sticker that says "Does your Obama sticker make you feel stupid yet" but I haven't put it on yet. :) That Toyota sticker rocks!
