Grand Tourer - A.K.A. Gran Turismo. I assume you know what that is. :wink:

can you use the motorcycle class? Streetbikes? touring bikes or are you staying strictly to multi passenger vehicles?

Strictly cars/trucks/suvs/etc. No golf carts, ATVs, bikes, etc.

These may be part of other categories, but on first glance seem to be missed:
Restomod - classic/antique car that is restored and modified with modern mechanics and interior, but retaining the basic original body
Ricer
Classic JDM - not really part of the classic car nor the import tuner scent. ie:
