I actually took the bus for once....

I would like to share an experience with you all, about drinking and driving.

As you well know, some of us have been known to have had brushes with the
authorities on our way home from the odd social session over the years.

A couple of nights ago, I was out for a few drinks with some friends and
had a few too many beers.

Knowing full well I may have been slightly over the limit, I did something
I've never done before - I took a bus home.

I arrived home safely and without incident, which was a real surprise, as I have never driven a bus before and am not sure where I got it from!

:giggle: glad you made it safe. Don't worry they will come pick up the bus just park it a block or 2 away from your house they won't ask any questions...:shifty:

Now, if you can just remember where you left your car ...

When I lived in the dorm in Collage, there was a guy on the floor that would tie one on regularly. When he staggered home from the local bar and passed out his roommate and some other guys on the floor would move his car to a bar parking lot somewhere in town. He never caught on. I drove him around town a few times until we found his car. There were 28 bars in Ames Iowa in 1981. I do all my drinking at home now!
