Hey 07...I got a nice used grilleguard...cheep! You should road-trip up here and we can throw it on. And also redo that nasty solid axle with some ABS sensors, and fix that wandering steering system. Its only an 18-hour drive!...

4Speed, is it sad that meeting up with you and having you help/teach me about my truck is on my bucket list? haha This distance gap is killing me. I can only hope that this is a possibility one day. The guys out here are worthless, every New Mexico forum or Jeep site is full of guys who don't care. I'm wondering how horrible that drive would be, and how much money I'd drop on gas.... :gaah: All I know is that I'm not paying a shop to do this stuff.

I'm not hating, I just thought that there would be more Jeepers here willing to help out. I'll do all the work as long as I have some one there to guide me. Here's a question, 4speed, in all honesty do you ever see yourself in New Mexico for anything (business, travel, anything?) ?

Haha sounds horrible...what better time than now to head on down to Albuquerque. I wish that were the case. But like I said, if you were ever serious about coming out this way for whatever reason, please please let me know. I'll buy all the stuff we need to get it done or pay you for that abs kit you were making while supplying food/beer/whatever. I'm sure we can get it done in a few days or so.
