The dealer is the AutoPark in Indiana. I would say 2 things about them, they have handled the situation well and are making things right BUT if they had truly inspected the truck like they said in the first place then we would not have had to go through this from the start. It is hard not to miss a cracked head or the leaking coolant when they said it had been on their lot for almost 5 months. It took me all of 1 day to figure out something was not right. In the end I would still give them a 4 out of 5 stars just for how their manager Dan has handled this situation. Would I buy from them again? Not without having an independent service center inspecting the truck first BUT the purchasing process that I went through was great.

How is the new truck going? GREAT! Running well and about to add new tires etc. Will post up pictures this week. Thanks everyone for their comments.

My new 2007 Hummer H3 with only 37k miles with a full 3 year 36k mile warranty. I have new Dick Cepek Crusher tires for it with 285/75/16. Changed to a K&N filter and ordered Outfitter Design's H3 Heavy Duty Tie Rods and Steering Rack Kit. Will be heading to The Badlands off road park in a few weeks to break it in.

Just a quick update to a day and the life with my 2007 Hummer H3. Got stuck in the midwest snow storm driving my dog out to a trainers house 3 hours away from Chicago. Drove like a champ never having any real issue with traction but I can say that the head lights liked to freeze over and had to stop a few times to clean them off. Also my wind shield wipers are crap. Nicest most expensive ones I could get for the Hummer and when it came down to actually needing them the Walmart cheap brand ones worked nicer after changing them out lol. The cross drilled and slotted rotters are one of the best upgrades for the Hummer H3 I have done yet. Anyone replace the sway bar yet? Does it really provide much help in body roll? Is there anything I can do to reduce the amount of play in my steering also?

Welcome from south Florida, sorry things started out bad with the 06 one but glad it turned out better with this newer hummer. Sweet rig you have there and it's certainly fallen into the right hands from what I can see so far...happy wheeling buddy :woot:

An afternoon at the Badlands can put this H3 into the same shape as that other one! Let us know when you head down there.

The new 285/75/16 Interco Irok ND tires got put on today. They are the best pair I have had on this truck as of yet. Seem to grip through the snow and mud really well. Makes a good hum like normal, only downside I see is they do rub at max turning pretty bad. I am thinking about either doing a spacer or leveling kit to help move it away from the sway bar.

I did install the transfer case cross member bushing replacement. It has helped greatly and I can tell you I have never been in a Hummer that shifts in and out of locking smoother.
