well when i first got the car it came with one key and it was like a metal valet key. So i wanted actual keys and remotes made. So i took it over to jerry and asked him about it and made an appointment and he ordered the keys. So i finally took my car in to get the new keys made, i drop it off around 8 in the morning and it wasn't suposed to take more than 4 or 5 hours, around 3 i called and jerry said to just leave it with him, there is something wrong with the ignition, all the keys they cut fro the vin dont work, only the one key i was given worked, and when they copied that key, the copy didn't work. So im thinking maybe the ignition switch where you put the key in is jacked up and needs to be replaced.

Once again. I gotta ask...."why?" WHY GM? Why do you do such stupid things like this?

A car should have a key. The key should turn the tumbler and start the motor. That's really all your customers want out of an ignition system! I don't understand the need for this integrated theft-proof electronic b.s. Nobody wants it. Nobody uses it. Its a total PITA for you (the dealers) and us (the owners)...and all it does is cost us both time & money.

hahaha well finally got her back today! 2 new keys and key fobs! and the transmission switch fixed! and, it cost me less today to fill up! im a happy camper right now! lol

Update, i was bored yesterday and decided that i was going to build my own air doc intake. So after looking at a couple photos, and going under the hood and taking a couple measurements, i went to lowes and got 1ft of 1/2in rubber hose, a 1/2in coupler with thread on one side and a a ribbed side for the hose to slide on too. Lastly i bought a 3.5inch pipe. After measuring again and fitting everything up and tightening it down i was done! Took her for a test drive, and WOW! Really loud and way better acceleration and throttle response.

affectation is an interesting word; however, I suspect you were looking for the word asphyxiation .lolol

why do you still have your rear sway bar connected?

Interesting to note, I was able to get the front ifs to perform better than fully disconnected by disconnecting the front only and keeping the rear attached while on the trail. The rear leafs are so soft they do not force the front to use all available travel
