I found it online. Turns out it's a h3 body sitting on a completely custom one off jig built chassis. Insane! I wouldn't want it but +1 for creativity and doing something that's never been done.

I kinda like it...let's put it this way. I don't like it compared to offroad rigs but to all the half assed lowered chromed h3s that one is by far the best
