Long day. Tire issues, motor mount and ball joints with Moab Rim thrown in. Lots of work on OPT but a great day. The Cliffhanger group had an interesting day but I will let them tell that story. Olan and Lance has pictures of the Moab Rim run. I am sure they will post them soon.

But unfortunetaly due to possibly locker problems he made the valiant effort, but did not make it:

I didn't know that little bump required a locker..... somebody should have told me.

We split into two groups yesterday Cliffhanger and Seven Mile Rim. Here are some pics of the Seven Mile Rim run, aka "The Gobi Gang" since Tim has obviously has a big influence on many of us.

06H3. We informed him that we have only flopped one truck here and it didn't get nearly the height of his truck :)

Lining up for a group shots. One of these trucks appears to have understood the instructions a bit differently

Nice pics Alex! It was a great day, anyone who hasn't been to moab MUST go. the people, scenery, and trails are great! Moab will make you a better wheeler...yesterday I was with the easier trail group but 7 mile rim is great because you can take tougher or easier lines and get used to the moab. I really got to push myself and the rancho on some tougher lines and the tips I got from Tim and alex were really helpful. Anyone that goes out bring NEW tires they make a big difference! Can't wait for hells today

Cliffhanger was .... Interesting.

There was one off camber drop that was just exactly wrong for h1's so after Neo did it and decided it wasn't real safe I waited for the group to go out to the overlook and come back. On the way up that same drop, h3tbones rack decided to separate and gush power steering fluid everywhere.

Thankfully he had a trail spare and with the help of jr3t we got him
Mobile again after a few hours. We ended up coming off Cliff Hanger in the dark and were back at the outpost around 10 pm.
