Thanks so much to everyone who donated Parts and Ca$h for this raffle.

It was a timely event, since now the biggest of all the eco-whacko legal groups are joining our Lawsuit - Earth Justice just filed for Intervenroship, looks like they are stepping up to the fight. They represent Wilderness Society, Sierra Club, the Forest Issues Group, Sierra Foothills Audubon Society and Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility.

It is surely going to be a battle of epic proportions.

At the time that pic was taken, just how deep into the cooler was Dave?

Had to have been at least 3 layers down for him to let somebody capture his likeness on film.

I was into the ice chest pretty good at that time but was also trying to make an overly staged grin since we were trying to prank someone.

Thanks to the generous donations of many members, we were able to make a $428 donation today to Pacific Legal Foundation. Thanks to everyone for the donations and to Bebe and Speedy for the recommendation. Glad we are able to support the land use fight.
