welcome
I've always been impressed with how well the H3 handles snow - a couple years ago, I was driving home from skiing and a friend was driving a new Range Rover. When we got back, he told me he was having trouble keeping up with me - from my perspective, the H3 handled the ice and snow like it was on dry pavement...

The key to the H3 in snow and ice is,when you lock into 4x4 it doesn't lock up the axle. You ever try to back up a trailer in two feet of snow, with the rear end locked up? Any of you ever gone down the highway at 45 with a foot of snow with the rear end locked up? That button on the dash to lock up the rear axle is what makes that truck a snow eating machine.
