I know, Land Development and life here Florida is keeping me super busy.

Things have been crazy in Texas also. I have been waiting for the slow down for the last 5-6 years and things just keep humming along. We have three in-house architects now and all three are booked up for well over a year. Our pipeline stays full and almost 100% is negotiated work. We have 10 year employees that have never seen a slow down or cycle.
