Ok ok! I am now a Plastidip user too!

Ok, the weather got nice, my plasma table is down for repairs, so what else was I supposed to do?!? I pulled off the two cowls at the back of the hood, and pulled the grill off. Cleaned them up, and applied four coats of plastidip. I'll be curious to see how durable it is. I'm not sure how it will look at the end of the summer, but it looks really good right now! I figured if turns to crap I'll just peel it off! I was not sure how it would look with the cowls black, so I figured this was a great "non-permanent" way to find out. And now, I LOVE the way it looks with them black. And, I LOVE the grill! If this stuff does not stand up well I will eventually get both the grill and cowls done in black LineX. Ok, here are some pics!

Big Blue also got a bath today! Now we gotta go get him dirty again!

Actually, my two youngest begged me to let them wash the wheels, so they did that after I was done. But I had to get some pics ASAP once I popped the grill back on!

Sorry the pics aren't that great. I'll get a few more better ones later, I was running out of time before having to go to work!

I wanted to add a Go light to the drivers side cowl and then a snorkel to the other and was thinking of painting them black when I did. I definitely like the look.
