raptors are nice. I think you will like your decision...They have tons of power, check out H3Tbone's raptor build on here. He has a nicely setup rig.

Well, day 1 of trying to trade the hummer sucked. I got blown off at the first dealer. The second dealer offered me $14000 for my H3. The third dealer seems better but I gotta wait to hear since I got to them at closing time.

I was told it looks like the hummer had been offroading. I said no ****!

We will see what happens

Not quite sure how that would be better. But for all that have offered to take the bumpers off of my hands, sorry but they are staying on the hummer. I can tell you where I got them if you're interested.

Most people want to buy a stock truck. Also you could sell them for more money than a stealerships is going to pay, which is nothing.

In most cases, aftermarket equipment will devalue your vehicle. It is very rare that it will increase the value. Take off all the aftermarket stuff and sell it separate. Get it as clean as possible and buff out any scratches you can. It WILL make a huge difference. Don't give them any excuses to give you less for it.

If you haven't tried Leif Johnson in Austin yet I still know a few people that work there and can maybe point you to someone that will take better care of you.

That's true, but I don't get it, as the chances that the next guy will want to purchase and re install all that crap is strong. I guess It's the journey of modifying your rig your way we like so much, if you build it you know how to fix it, and if you see it with all that crap on it you immediately assume, someone else put all the time and money into it but also wheeled the piss out of it, had all the fun with it, and it ain't gonna have much more than high dollar fixes waiting on ya.

Well, Leif Johnson was horrible, mak haik ford was horrible, I am now working with another dealer who has been great. I sit down with them at 11 to run numbers and it seems very optimistic.

Well, I just signed up for a brand new raptor. I placed an order for a 2014 raptor. The dealer gave me what I wanted for my hummer inducing all of my accessories. So...bye bye hummer and all of the problems it gave me.
