I have a H3 09, only 160k miles, and since I’ve gotten the car I’ve always heard this plastic sounding rattle coming from the front passenger side when going highway speeds. I’ve had the passenger side “cover” (in the image) fly off before when I was on the interstate. No damage was done to it, all body pins were still intact, and I reattached it. The sound is a plastic sound, the best I can describe it as is a “burr” sound. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

A pillar trim on the windshield is the most common source. The clips break or even just work a bit loose and the trim moves in the wind. Solutions are replacement pieces, securing them with windshield adhesive (a pain when you need to replace the glass), securing them with nutserts/bolts and some other ones that I can't recall.
