H3 rock rings?

so i found this picture of an H3 and needless to say I really like the style of this rig and my question is where can i find some rock rings like these? also how do you put them on just weld? and would it be a good idea to weld on the stock rims?

ps: on a side note what kind of brush guard is that too!? custom?

There made by Rubber Duck 4x4. There held on by bolts that attach to custom lug nuts.

I believe they attached with bolts that thread into 4 custom lug nuts

Does anyone other than Hunner use rock rims/wheel protectors? If so, other than the RD's above are they custom or do others make them? H1 wheels have separate bolt threads that allows these to be installed at the trail head; not sure how these would work on H3's.

I plan to make some rock rings for my Hutchinson rims. Just haven't found anyone to cut them to my own design.

I got a recommendation for a fab guy from some H1 guys who had done these but he is in CA so he was worried that it would be cost effective given the shipping. He scoped some cost and was pretty straight forward. I am sure there are some guys locally
