O man....wheeler always does that to t cases. I don't know why.

Upgrade to the 4:1 if you haven't yet!

I am positive it is the long, steep grade that kills it. All the oil sits in the back. I think that coupled with the lower oil level in the early H3s does it. Mine has been great ever since it got replaced with the redesigned model. *KNOCK ON WOOD*

I wound up going out to Calico area for the day instead, its no bishop, but it scratched the itch, just as well my powersteering system went out on the way home on the 14, so I'll have to swap that out today [Damn new pump and pulley installed 1500 miles ago too ]

Silver/Wyman Canyons were a blast. There was a sign for Wyman stating it was "impassable". We made it through! Got some good video footage. May take a few weeks to go through it all.
