Speedometer lights wont come on?

Could this just be due to a loose/worn out plug? My blinkers work but my lights behind the speedometer, AC lights, and I also think my seat heater lights wont work. I just had a new computer installed because the RPM gauge wasn't working so I know its not that. Any suggestions? Easy fix?

Could be the cluster itself. There are bulbs in there. They are not serviced, from GM, it's an exchange basis. But there are places that sell the bulbs if it is that. Try eBay or local CL alot cheaper

It seems once one goes they all start going out. Mine started burning out in my climate controls so I decided to take all the filament bulbs out and solder in LEDs. Hit youtube, there's a ton of videos on there for replacing the bulbs.

Might as well add in my check engine light and battery light don't come on as well when I have the key in the ignition as well. Seems every light that could be off is...I youtubed also how to change he bulbs doesn't seem to hard and I would like to switch to LED but before I do that I just want to make sure it's not something else that is causing all these lights to be killed. I seriously think it's messed up plug or something just need to find out which one/where it is. Thanks for the help guys.

I can't remember off the top of my head but I'd imagine the LCD is backlit from behind like a cell phone. If they have all burned out that may be the reason. Shine a flashlight into the LCD and see if you can make out any numbers or letters. If so then the backlight is bad

Will do when I get home, if the LCD is out if I just install LEDs will I be fine?

I don't remember if it is backlit from the cluster or build into the LCD itself. If you can see text on the screen then the LCD is good and the backlight is just out. If it is part of the cluster then it wouldn't be that big of a problem to replace the lights. If the backlight is built in then you might be better off with a new cluster unless you are a master of soldering.

I had an individual bulb blow out, so I had all mine switched to LEDs, if this is the problem, stick to white LEDs, trust me, other colors don't look right and don't look factory, also don't go for the cheapest LEDs available either, because you will end up needing to replace some LEDs an year later, trust me, I went through both issues I just mentioned!

Dont think its an LCD blow out as if you look close you can see the outline of the icons. I'm I right? Sorry late reply was on vacation no reception.

Definitely a loose plug, when I drive for awhile all the lights come on 100% bright after driving for awhile going to use a scanner and see if it's possibly a spark plug or something
