H3 Steering wheel w/o airbag?

I have another GM truck that needs a steering wheel. I was wondering if anyone knows there might've been a non-airbag horn pad made for our steering wheels. I was thinking about trying to use the H3 wheel I have on a non-airbag GM truck if it's possible.

Just don't hook up the wiring. Pretty sure it will bolt up to other GM columns.
