So, I have larger tires and plan to change the gearing onmy H2. I thought to get a tuner to reprogram the speedo and also be able tofine tune the shift points and so forth. Well I get the VIVID and plug it inand I am unable to tune to H2 due to the VIVID not being able topull/backup/access the Stock file. After a call to Superchips, the tech gave 30seconds on troubleshooting and insisted it must be a blown ECU. The H2 runs anddrives fine. I did update the VIVID with the latest software/code beforeconnecting it up and it pulls gauge information and can read/clear errors.

What do you guys think?

Anyone have any experience with Superchip tuners in general or possibility theVIVID?

Should I look for a shop to program or referb my ECU?

I was going to give another call in to see if I have any luck with anothertech, but not really counting on much help.

If your ECU was blown your truck wouldn't run real well I think.

Try calling them again, and I'm sure there are SuperChips forums where you can look for help as well.

Good luck!
