My ideal way to seel this truck would be to sell it outright, give them the title, but keep the truck for a few more weeks until my new truck order was fullfilled. In turn, I would take the H2 to the dealership and get a loaner vehicle to drive. I would have them completely go over everything on the H2 and fix anything they find. IE: the windshield has a crack about 10" long in upper RH corner. It was repaired and doesn't bother me because it wont spread. However, the buyer may consider it an eyesore. There are two buttons on steering wheel that dont light up at night. Besides the engine oil (just changed last week), all the other fluids are good for another 20K miles. Also have dealer clean it inside and out, so when it is finally delivered to buyer, we'll both know they are getting a very nice truck that has been checked out by dealer.
It doesn't have to sell this way, but it would work best for me
