Torque values for idler, pitman & tie rods?

Long time ago I used to just crank down my truck parts until they were good n' tight.
Now I'm actually looking for torque values to do this according to the book.

What are the torque values for this stuff?

Wish I had the H2 service PDF like I do the H3 one as it has all of the torque specs.
