It appears to be invalid from all the checks I can do.

Yah I'm finding the second digit is throwing the system off, seems like that manufacture code s isn't loaded in carfax or anything like that. But I have the title, current registration, and the current owner has a automotive shop about 300 yards from my house so I'm hoping it's legit. Thank you for your time in looking it up.[emoji481]
