Double body lift 2 inches
Steering is the one area where there are many choices., and the steering system has little to do with the axle swap itself. I tried several common boxes before I settled on the Nissan Delphi box. It's an outboard box which makes connecting the H3 column a piece of cake. But it also makes it difficult (impossible) to run a front sway bar. I bought a universal Anti-rock unit...and could not get it to fit. You'll probably want to use an inboard box to be able to run a sway bar. This black one as well as the ORE rigs use this type of box, (Jk perhaps?). They also use coil overs which are more compact than the coil spring / shock combo I use on the THORparts rig. I have chosen some front coil springs that seem to work well without a sway bar, and it's very drivable, while remaining flexy.
All of the SAS H3s I'm familiar with, use the same basic 3-link (except 07Custom). It works great on the H3 regardless of the steering or spring/shock arrangement.
There is no such thing as a "finished package". I've come up with an inexpensive kit but, if you think it's a bolt-on Rancho job...you are in for a huge awakening. ANY solid axle H3 is a lot of work and my hat goes off to all that have made the leap.
