What would be a good size spacer for 35in tires and 17in rims with 15 offset on a leveled h3?

I think you can run a 15mm spacer before your being too out and start rubbing the back of the front fenders. If you body lift, you can go with a 30mm spacer. This is all assuming your running a 315/70/17 (which btw is approx a 34.4" tire), anything bigger you will have to be smaller with the spacers.

I've got 2" Motorsport Tech spacers to fit 35s on my lift with OEM wheels. Had 1.75"before that. Put 15k miles and some hard wheeling on them.
They are slow as hell to make and ship to the East coast but the product is pretty high quality. Seriously slow though. First set took them 2 months to get to me. Second set 3 weeks.

Go with motorsports tech. They make them hub centric and high grade aluminum.

I emailed motorsports tech inquiring about the spacers. They said they can make them however you want. He just didn't have em listed on their site. They seem like the best out there... IMO.
