Where can I phone in a GM parts order?

I am in need of a front bump stop (jounce jumper) for my H2 and would prefer to call in an order and have it sent to me. Is there any phone-in GM parts dealers that will still ship these days? Thanks in advance

I just found the number to Partsguy (Jeff Garrick) and he still works there but on vacation this week.

Thanks Alex - hope you are doing well! I've still been contemplating selling the H2 but I'm still having a hard time letting it go. With that being said, I have been going over it and updating it....LOL
