Would these rims fit with a Rancho lift?

id call them and ask about the hub bore size. it needs to be 4.25" or 108mm I think it is, maybe its 106, either way, they'll know. Do you have a lift, or do you plan on installing a lift? Youre going to want atleast 4.5" backspacing if you are.

and stock wheels are hubcentric, those are not. I personally don't care too much about that though

Yup already have the lift on with 35" MTR Kevlar, on stock rims. Looking to move up. Back spacing says 4.75", so as long as i'm not under 4.5" I'm good, correct?

4.75 will be more towards the knuckle than 4.5. It will more than likely hit.

The lower the number, the more they protrude from the vehicle.

I bet you will just barely scrub the UCA. A 1/4" spacer would fix that, but not legal in all states. You may clear without it. But it will be close.

I'm already running 1.75" spacers with my stock rims. I could just use my spacers with the rims. They would stick out an extra 1.5". I could get these rims for $110 apiece and finally run 37" tires

Then your scrub radius will be too large and you'll rub the fender and bumper.
