Back again with another question....
I opened the small door where the interior fuses are kept, and a yellow wire with some heat shrink on the end, dropped down through the opening. I can't find anywhere where it says what it is...
Any ideas?????

Have to look but if it isn't in the manual it may have something to do with aftermarket accessories like your lights.

Couldnt find it anywhere, but I can look at something and not see it.
I have seen this on my H2 and on a Ford F150. I just never touched it. If I remeber correctly, those wires might be yellow also. Because it's on those vehicles too, I'm thinking you're right about accessories. I'll need to throw a meter on it to see for sure. Also if it has a heat shrink on the end, my guess they don't want it to touch metal. I don't know how much current the fuse is set at.

it is pre wired for a brake controller. you should have two other wires that look like them too. there is a yellow, red and a light blue pre wired jumpers under the dash with shrink wrap on the ends.
