Yes, the guy pulling the red truck was stupid, at least after he realized he was towing it with a locked wheel. But the heading, "can't cure stupid," is also true about moron taking the photos with his cell phone while driving, what looks to be something larger than a pu truck.

And I wonder if he realizes how stupid he sounds in his narrative of what's happening?
