I have a couple of complete THORparts SAS kits coming up for sale. These are the very last that I will have. Here is the first one:
FRONT SUSPENSION
Completely rebuilt GM Dana 44 with 5.13 gears and Eaton E-locker.
Stock shafts, new U-joints, bearings, and seals throughout.
Flat top knuckles.
Warn lock-outs.
THORparts H3 brake adapter kit w/ABS & 12mm wheel studs.
Pre-welded with all bracketry for 3-link & coil springs.
Cross-over steering with draglink & tie rod 1-ton ends.
TrailGear Toyota IFS steering box (pre-ported for ram assist).
THORparts frame plates.
THORparts adjustable coil bucket/shock mounts.
Link bars and (6) forged creeper joints with brackets.
Track bar with heim joints & brackets.
Fox 2.0 shocks & ProComp coil springs.
Bumpstops.
REAR SUSPENSION
Matching 5.13 gears.
Spring-over kit (includes bracketry, sway bar links, bumpstops).
Fox 2.0 shocks.
This kit requires many hours of cutting, welding, and fabrication. It yields approx. 5" of lift and works well with 37" tires. No guesswork. No experimenting. No dashlights. All electronics (ABS, TCS, and Stabilitrac) operate just like stock. This is a "base" kit and can be upgraded at any time with front anti-sway bar, 2WD transfer case kit, chromoly shafts, ram assist, and many other options. NOT included are driveshafts, brakelines, and TCM/BCM tuning for speedo correction as these items will vary depending on your particular build.
Complete kit is packed in a large crate. Freight shipping extra (or pick-up in person at THORparts international headquarters in southern Indiana).
