Can those of you that are towing bigger trailers with an H2 tell me how much weight the suspension of an H2 can support with out damager excessive sag. This would not be for any distance just moving the trailer from the back yard to the street. I am thinking of selling our H3Alpha and replacing it with an H2. really don't want to buy a pick up truck but I a concerned that n H2 may not have enough rear suspension for the job.

While I do not have an H2, I have an H3. If you are currently pulling a trailer with the H3, I would say that the suspension will be fine. If it is an issue, consider air bags. I use the Air Lift coil spring bags in my Tahoe to pull a 28" travel trailer in the Rocky Mountains. It does not increase the tow capacity, but it does help the rear sag.

Would not even attempt to move this trailer with an H3. It is a 24' car enclosed car trailer with workbench and tool boxes in front. Without car in trailer tongue weight is an issue. A Chevrolet 1/2 ton crew cab pick up will drop about eight inches when the trailer is lowered onto it. I tow the trailer with a diesel pusher motorhome so it is not an issue once I get the trailer out of the yard, just can't get the motorhome to where I keep the trailer.

Usually u need ~10% of grw of the trailer. 08 h2 tows 8200lbs, so 820lbs. I towed ~8k 27" boat 20/30mil each way to ocean quiet few times with steep hill.

Sounds like you need a bigger yard :)
