Yep now that I think about it he did say that

Big unit: "Same here. Wife nixed the idea of me putting them on her rig too. I'm out too :confused:" he might still be interested may have changed her mind lol

It does, but it all depends how it is sent. A lot of people want it sent as a gift so they don't get charged by PayPal. I do that with a select few. Others, I will add on money to cover the charges.

Yes, I always offer the buyer to send it as a gift so they don't get hit with charges. I've sold tons of stuff on forums with the various vehicles I've owned. The hummer forums though I feel are a little lax. My GTO forums for example, you'd have to take a pic with what you are selling and a piece of paper with your screen name, date, and what you were selling to prove the pic was yours. I've had the majority send money as a gift but some prefer not to so in case things go bad they can use the resolution process through PayPal.
