No, you didn't crash! All are welcome here.

I was the last person in that line of Hummers airing u and remember your rig quite well. A few of us were eyeballing your rig as you drove by.

We look forward to running trails with you in the future.

Wow! Thanks for the very warm welcome!!!! Very much appreciated! I like all of you am all about friends and family, like I said doesn't matter what we drive and frankly I don't care how long we take! Lol why is everyone trying to rush thru, are they late for a wedding or something? Lol!!! Anyways yes!!! Count me in for the next run!!! My rig is built for the hammers! But this time of the year is too hot so I'm stuck to night runs and higher elevation, anyways I'm itchin for John bull so keep me posted, someone asked for more pics so here's a video of me on Backdoor at the hammers! I'm sure y'all know this obstacle,

Hey Renato,

Welcome to H4O. Like others have said, all responsible wheelers are welcome here. Your all-Toyota buggy is cool! I am looking forward to wheeling with you.

Hey Renato,
Welcome to the forum. I remember drooling over your rig when we were airing up. Nicely built!

Again, thanks for the warm welcome everyone, yall had some some sick rigs, i would have stayed but my buddies were escorting me back to my trailer and it was getting dark so i didnt want to hold them back any longer otherwise I would have shot the sh## with y'all, I'll start putting names with rigs very soon,I look forward to wheeling with y'all real soon I've always been such a fan of hummers, btw anyone on here done a straight axle conversion yet? Has anyone contemplated or has it been done, I've always wanted to see one, it seems to me the h3 would be the easiest to do..... Just curious

Glad to see an open minded wheeler. I'm on the Jeep forums a lot and despise their one track minds. I did an SAC while I was living in SoCal. You can see my build in my signature link. There is another forum member that bought an already built SA H3 and is slowly fixing it up. One more member is in the process of doing his conversion. Sorry if I forget their forum names, but searching in my phone is very tedious. Once again, welcome to the forum.

For the Solid axle conversions on here its

ReconH3 with coilovers front and rear.

4speedfunk almost done with his rig. He's running coil springs front spring over rear

And 07custom is fixing up his already built solid axle h3. He's leaf springs front and rear.

Didn't even check the time. Well before dark. We sat on the side of the road and talked for a hour or so and left before dark so maybe 6:30 PM. There was a lot of trail traffic, more than I had ever seen on John Bull.

I was checked into the cabin by 6:30 so I think we were off the trail around 5:00 itself, then about 45 minutes driving back to pavement and making a wrong turn at one point :)

Did some damage to my truck.

Cracked the steering box sleeve welds off the frame on both sides in addition to snapping the bolt, and the steering box took out a chunk of the serpentine belt.

So I got the frame at the body shop getting the sleeves rewelded with reinforcement plates, plus all new bolts, plus new idler and pitman, and a new belt.

And I got my leaking valve cover fixed again...

Good times...

I am just getting around to cleaning out my truck today. On the trail, I discovered a torn CV boot. Picking up the new halfshaft today and will be replacing it when I do the steering rack in a few weekends. The hard part will be getting all the dust cleaned out of the interior.

No truck issues at all but I spent a good part of last Sunday cleaning the truck up and unloading the gear I don't leave in it.

Inside of my truck was a dust bowl. Getting cleaned right now. A lot of new dings and scrapes on the under carriage and UCP.

Same here. The guys at the car wash were not happy with me. They got even by putting Armour All on my tires. :gaah:

My front skid took a serious beating this run. I will post some pics later.
