To me it is. I've been going through a set of Dorman from Amazon every year and I plan on abusing my 3 more now that I have time. Free replacements are nice but the hassle not so much.

Thats where im at. I put in a set every year and at 165 a piece (i use ac delcos) the extra will be worth it.

Anyone using the michigan metalworks upper control arms? Wondering what opinions have been, how they look/function etc.

Super high quality. Definitely huge improvement over stock for build quality, heims mean strength and hopefully longevity. The design makes it better for dialing in alignment for t bar crank. The on road ride and handling are great, but hard to say UCAs contribution to that. (Did LCAs, poly sway bar bushings, links, and new fox shocks at the same time) Too few miles and zero off road trips yet to say on strength and/or durability. But the build quality sure indicates they should be way superior to OEM.

Let's see how the do after a season of road salt and very low temps...

We previously ran heims on our blazer and it was obnoxious the squeaking after a winter here in New England. Even the proper spray and cleaning would only last so long

Ha. Oh yeah, they're a bit squeaky. Not sure how much is the heims, the poly sway bar bushings,...or the damn hubs that started making noise, now that I changed everything else on the front end...
