Much easier with it on. It's plastidip! Overspray is easy. But I prepped good enough it didn't happen. And the next time the limbs decide to scratch the grill on the trail I will come home and just spray some more!

Much easier with it on.

It takes about 3 minutes to remove the grill, so I gotta' side with 4 speed. Still, the end result looks good.

I usually avoid removing the grill unless it is absolutely necessary as the clips are prone to breaking.

Thanks everyone! I am a firm believer in "to each his own". Lol! I agree with the comment about those damn clips! I broke one when I swapped radiators!
