Do we want to do events with other clubs

I'd be down to wheel with other clubs. It's nice to wheel with similar vehicles because often the similar capability keeps the group moving at a pace that works for most of us but heck, we are here to wheel right?

Agreed Frank. Wheeling with similar vehicles means you have many others that share the same parts, tools and technical knowledge to fix a rig on the trail. The rigs are usually similar in capability and run the same trails well. When you mix in other types rigs that starts to go out the window. That said we have always run with other types of rigs, will continue to do so and I enjoy watching how they take obstacles and perform as compared to what we do.

I have often ran with lots of different types of rigs too. It's interesting to see different rigs take turns being well suited or otherwise as the terrain changes.

Get enough people in any group there will be a number of douche bags. Jeepers outnumber other groups by a huge margin so it stands to reason that they will have more DB than other groups. Most of the Jeepers I have run into have been pretty cool but there have been the exceptions.

Exactly, theres a ton more people riding jeeps which means more knuckleheads but also more good people as well.

Look at our big bear run, lots of folks were nice, some watched and got a kick out of people actually off roading hummers for a change, and you had a handful of "you should have gotten a jeep" snobs.

Isn't it in the Bible to not mix? I like to wheel with others who have the same truck so I can steal siht when they aren't looking! I specifically like to wheel with David...he has lots of starters!
