found leveling kit on my H3

so I found these extensions on my stock shocks while I was looking at my suspension... im ordering bilsteins on Friday so im guessing I wont need these. I also have spacers on my torsion bolts. I wonder if the rear shackles have been replaced as well.... since I wont need these extensions with the bilsteins, they'll be up for grabs if anyone wants them....
