The ladder was accidentally left on the hummer? And the insert was not needed they had a sunroof. I'm debating buying it because I don't have a sunroof. I offered them a reasonable offer (very reasonable) and they said I could have it for that just need to go get it.

All you need is wrenches and sockets. Of course you're probably already there and doing the work as I type this.

you can always had the sunroof insert if you don;t like that spot open. I was going to say, go to GOBI's website and print the install instructions to take with you. if anything is missing, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Just remembered you need torx bits for the front mounts and hex wrenches for the ladder. And some Loctite or thread sealant for those torx bolts after you remove them to help prevent any future water leaks into those holes.

So I found out why it sat for so long! Ended up passing on it! I knew the rear tire loop was cut out of it, but whoever did it butchered the hell out of it! There are places that were cut off and not welded correctly. It's also pretty rusty. Plus is the wife gave me the permission to buy a new one! :)
