Agreed. I have a hard time letting go of most firearms. I did sell quite a number of SAA and old Winchesters after I decided that having a bunch of guns that you couldn't shoot was pretty worthless.

I spent almost 15 yrs collecting ww2 firearms and have only two left that I won't sell. Mostly just hunting stuff and a couple target rifles left.

Picked up and converted a new friend for my Mrs. a few days ago. Who wants to guess what this animal is? The drum should be a giveaway....

I sold my walther bout 1yr ago for 650.00. Matching numbers and still had German proof marks. Was pretty cool to have a part of history.

Looks like an AK drum. Plastic version, clear back so you can eyeball remaining rounds. I have some twin drum Beta Mags like that for a couple of different weapons. KCI is making a knock-off for less than half the price of the Beta Mags. No experience with them so I don't know how they function. The twin drums feed each new round from alternate sides so the weapon stays more balanced.

Of my WWII weapons I think the coolest is my 95%+ Irwin Pedersen M1 Carbine. I even have 4 IP mags to go with it. I need an IP oiler an it is all correct.

Always wanted a carbine but the great and all knowing state of new jersey classifies them as an assault weapon. Had a state legal Thompson and that was as fun as it gets to shoot. By far my m1a1 is my fav.

Well done!!! This is a converted Saiga .410 semi-auto with a 30-round drum. Promises to be extremely fun!
I have one on my work bench waiting on me to rivet the new TG in. Kind have been putting it off till I get my new compressor so I can blast it and refinish it

The Mosin Nagant was the first gun I shot. It kicked a lot for my first time shooting a gun. Lol:)
No kidding! I finally replaced the 1/8" steel buttplate on mine with a rubber one. Oh the difference it makes.

I'm a SIG fan, but only own one (expensive suckers). Also enjoy my DE in 44mag. My Springfield 1911 in 9mm, however, really pisses me off (going back to the factory again soon). :gaah:
