The rivnut tool makes things much easier. What side is broken? I have a passenger a pillar but it's drilled for marker lights.

So i drilled a hole small enough to where only the nut would fit because i couldnt get the riv nut to work, whats the problem with doing it this way? It seems sturdy

The bolt doesn't just fall out?

Nope, did both sides. It could be tighter, but i think its going to leave just enough flex to fit the 52" light bar, if it is a 52. But the mounts definantly aren't going anywhere any time soon. I completely forgot the trim so I had to re drill some holes, but it all worked out alright. My bar should be here in a couple of hours. I already have everything wired I just have to put it in the holes and plug it in.

New battery terminals and distribution block, it was less than 30$ and well worth it.

No idea, I just looked for one close to a similar size (they're scattered all around my garage), and took a chance. but i also used, same thickness nuts, but alot longer and the ridges were deeper.
