Help Fuel Pump

Hello got an 2008 Hummer H3
Key in the on position. Fuel pressure 0
Key in start position. Fuel pressure 58psi
H3 will run for 5 seconds starts to die and backfires and stops.
Can restart with same scenario!
Switched relay and checked fuses!

What's the fuel pressure after starting, and when it dies?

Check fuel line from tank to motor and make sure it’s in good shape and not kinked. Any codes? Can you measure fuel pressure as it begins to stall?

Also, did this randomly start to happen or has it been a continuous issue? Could also start out with basic things like cleaning the throttle body/MAF sensor. A bad MAF sensor or O2 sensor will cause the symptoms you’re having as well. So check wiring to MAF and its condition. Also check the first O2 sensor to make sure the wires aren’t melted or something.

Is there a possibility the switch could be the issue? I'm just tossing out ideas. These H3's have had known 'switch issues' as they age. You might want to do a Search on the Colorado forums as well.
