The wheeling community whether it's the left coast, the right coast or anywhere in between, is full of Rednecks! [emoji12]

KOH is filled with *******s. Thats my take. To be quite honest I am not sure I will go back next year. Being pressured to **** your **** up sucks and the people want to see clean street driven 4x4s get smashed into piles of ****. I feel I wheel my H3 pretty hard and am not afraid to put a dent or scratch in it and if you look at my paint/body you will see thats true but when people are hoping you **** your **** up that sucks. It is what it is. I was out playing with the big boys. I remember thinking the playing with the "big boys" are going to the local trails like big bear, mojave, gorman, moab etc and seeing the jeeps on 37s-40s. After this weekend, there are the little guys like me. These guys play to break, Windows? Doors? windshields? Body panels? Nope non of that is existent and if they are they are already beat to where they are almost off. Last year I saw less of that maybe it was my experiences this year. Either way I see a huge difference between a street driven rig on 37-40s and a trail rig on 37-40s, its just no ****s are given.

Its easy to take a vehicle and make it into this hardcore trail rig make it all badass, put the biggest components on it and flog the **** out of it. I could of built mine that way but then I would need a truck, a trailer, and a DD (if the truck wasnt a DD) It takes more work to make it into a dual purpose vehicle that tries to excel in multiple areas or at least be proficient in multiple areas.

There are clicks with every hobby. The average guy that want a good all around fun and usable street rig and the others who have $$$$ to throw at the wind on big toys. I have found that I don't want to hang around these types. Not that they are bad people but they will treat you like dirt sense your not at there caliber or have what they have. Most of the guys I know have jeeps and maybe 1 or 2 of them are cool and just want to have fun and 4x4. The other guys always say, why do you have that thing.. it's junk if it's not a jeep. Pifft

To be honest i wont be going next year, don't get me wrong we had an awesome time with a bunch of great friends, but the people there are just *******s. When Chris was running chocolate thunder he started out good but as soon as someone started heckling him EVERYBODY jumped in. I heard more hummer jokes in that short period of time than i have seen on the entire internet. Even though i wasn't driving, i still felt nerve racked lol i cant speak for Chris but if i was in his shoes i would have been even more nerve racked behind the wheel!! The worst part was not being able to mouth back, being that i'm helping Chris back down the trail safely, but also the fact that it was a bunch of alcohol fueled rednecks that would probably have come down and beat my ass. lol honestly if we went back on an h40 run, we all would have a great time and run the trails without having to hear every hummer joke in the book.

On a side note, some dude yelled "hummers are never free" i thought about saying "well from your wife they are" but again i didn't need my ass handed to me lol

Last year was great, this year sucked. It is what it is you know...Good trips bad trips. Thats why you should try to hit moab in april. The blacksheep crew is the best!

Next year if I go I will want be far away from the last crew that showed up blasting their music at 8am every morning and disturbing the peace at ****in 4am. I dont even know how one of the guy's was alive after watching him down 10oz of tequila, shots of fireball then taking multiple shots of everclear. We then go run some trails get back at 3am and hes alive and just sipping on beers. then up playing beer pong the next morning blasting his ****in music. It was a long weekend but one for the books with good stories and lessons. Seeing a internals of a motor bouncing down the road was cool.

Kyle the asshat who took a video of me on chocolate was hanging with a group I knew. She said that hes changed into a dickwad and if happens again hes gonna be sorry. Supposedly it wasnt his first offense. The issue is that he rolled his jeep on the freeway and had some shop build it for him and now hes big headed. I should get a sticker saying BOUGHT NOT BUILT and stick it on his hood. He acts like he built the thing.

Yha when things like KOH get big it brings out the dickwads. I went to Glamis once on a holiday weekend and swore I'd never do it again. Surprisingly now that I have my toy hauler and quads we head out to Ocotillo Wells and even on a holiday weekend I would say it's mainly mellow and a family friendly place. Don't get me wrong there are idiots out there but they are far and few and I have only heard good comments about my Hummer.

Im not a hardcore wheeler, I think people like you are Chris and consider people like you, Craig, Dave, Zach as "the big boys". Just hang with the right crowd and life will be good

Sorry dude, out here to have fun and what do you drive? He walked away. Go figure, was parked halfway down the row with a Prius. I don't waste my time anymore with people

*******s are everywhere. Zach is right. I think being the bigger person when they do arise is the best bet. Sometimes it's easier to say than do! Lol
