Put me down on the group buy for whatever the H3 uses stock. Just the main headlights, no fogs.

From what I can tell, they will work high/low beam with the factory steering column dimmer switch? Just as factory?

Yup, it will be plug and play, the major difference is that you will have to mount a ballast somewhere (just as you would for a HID setup)

I actually may be more interested in the 7" round LED lights if they can be adapted to work with the H2's but keep me on this list in case. I'll mull it over.

Update:

Both I and RamRod are having trouble with these lights. I've sent off for a return authorization, and bought another set of lights (stockish) to use while I'm waiting on them to give me a return authorization... be sure you keep your receipt for the return.

My other gripe is your lights will look like cat's eyes because the bulb lights one side for low, and both for high.... on our hummers, it looks like your hummer is cross eyed (the way they put them together). You can move the bulb in the adapter ring, but you need to be sure and pop it back into place otherwise it'll fall out while you're driving.

Damn!

You are making me glad mine are still sitting on my bench out at the south forty.

That cat eye thing will drive my OCD ass crazy.

Like a dumb ass, I just assumed they would be clocked with low on bottom, high on top.

**** me.

The ones on my wife's car have burned out multiple times but they have replaced them immediately each time. Not sure what return authorization you're waiting on. They sent me a new bulb with a ballast and told me to just toss the old parts.

I haven't had any issues with mine. I'm liking them so far, but I am going to attempt a projector lens and see what it does.

the website says don't send them back until you get a return authorization...

they responded (actually, about a hour after that prior post), told me to send them the light and they'd replace it. I still don't have a new light. To say I'm disappointed in them would be an understatement. The disappointment is this - am I not supposed to drive at night while they dink about? I bought new halogen lights, but that means these "lifetime replacement lights" now have cost me $75.00.

Did u not keep the halogens from when u replaced them.. That's what I did. Just ran the halogens until I got mine in

I didn't because one was blown...

so the update is, after I sent them an email, is "we're sending you a new light today":grr:

they certainly put the cuss in this customer

My experience with them has always been that I report a light broken or malfunctioning, then later that day my case is updated that they are sending a new light to me as well as a tracking number.

I'm glad they are sending you a new light atleast. I know they recently updated their webpage and I have not dealt with them since that time. Possibly new management?

so what's the consensus on these lights? yes or no? Its not worth it to pay way less if they keep breaking. My plan now is to get those starr HIDs eventually.

Man I honestly love em.. Mine was an older generation.. What most people don't know is that it's a new buisness that's family owned.. As they grow so will their services... They are getting larger everyday.. I have had nothing but good experiences with them..
