Making your Hummer waterproof Plastic or Ultra Everday........which one should I use

Maybe my situation is different then most since I am in the jungles of Belize. But I was wondering if anyone had used "Ultra Ever Dry" on their Hummers and what was your experience.

I like the fact that in the rainy season I will stay dry, and mud just flows off.

Not sure if plastic coating is the way to go, or using Ultra Ever dry. I have seen Ultra everd ry once on a car window and he never used his wipers.

Please let me know is anyone has used it or watch the video's and tell me what you think.

Never used it but this is the same concept of never wet and i hear that stuff is amazing!

I don't see why not you can put that never wet stuff on your phone and clothes proly the same thing with this stuff so i don't see why not.

Repels water, ketchup, i think they used oil and other liquid yea i don't see why mud wouldn't be a problem. Look em up on YouTube the product is amazing! Never wet is the one I'm referring to but I'm sure this stuff works the same way.

I did some research and I read mix reviews... They said it doesn't last long so after a few weeks it won't repel water or mud anymore. Idk I still wanna try it

They had problems the first year they were operational.
their supplier closed up, you could scratch it and it could leave a faint white cloudy hase to the finish and their applicator clogged up.

This year they say with their new producer, they have made it to 4H hardness, which removes swirls and does not scratch very easey. Also they now have a working applicator. The only down size is the gov now made them only able to sell to industry. But you can still order it from amazon.

what does the plastic give you for protection? Does it rust under neath or scratch?

For the record, Never Wet is Ultra Ever Dry. They teamed up with Rustolium to have a major company with Hugh R&D help them. That's who made it a 4H hardness this year.

i'm not pushing Ever Dry, just trying to decide which way I am going to go.

So never wet and ultra ever dry are made from the same company?? I think you can buy that never wet stuff at lowes, Home Depot etc. Idk about ultra dry and i don't know if its the same product lol i just know about never wet. Either way the products repel water and if i had to guess mud as well.

Is there anything like this stuff that is clear? This would be great on plasti-dip. Or even your whole car. Imagine that, never have to wash it again.
