Well it's official... we're not going to make it to this BSW either (Damn!). One of Kat's relatives is getting married back east (Pennsylvania) on the weekend of Oct. 5th. To tell the truth I'd rather be with you guys than attending this wedding, but you know how it goes, "If she aint happy you aint happy"!

I was really looking forward to this one, as I've pretty much fixed the problems I encountered last time with my hydro-assist steering upgrade. It's working really well on our local trails, but it still isn't Moab proven! Here's a sneak peek at one of the upgrades. Hope you all have a great time and looking forward to seeing you in April!

Frank, this just means that you have an extra six months to prep for April.

Getting closer! The list on page 1 has been updated with a few other names. Most of the dates are still blank, but it's not like everyone sticks to that schedule anyway. :)

As usual, the Outpost could use a few supplies. Newbies: rule #1 is that you bring some good local beer for our host.

If anyone's doing a Costco run, the Outpost could use the following (copy, paste and put your name by the item if you're bringing it:
Toilet paper - Alex
Paper plates
Plastic utensils
Plastic cups
Paper towels
Paper napkins
Tall kitchen garbage bags
Empty bottle of Macallan 18 for Mikkel - Alex

I'm trying for a 4 day weekend. I do not have any PTO left this year and still waiting for a yes or no if I can take the time off anyhow. I would head out after work that Fri and get there late that night. Than head home on Tuesday afternoon. So I would have Sat, Sun, Mon to wheel. ...I hope.

Alex Dave and I will be there. I noticed on the front page we are listed as no. Hope to get there Saturday as usual and leave the following Saturday.

Okay, mentally ready to go. In terms of truck preparedness, though, it might just need to be loaded. I think everything's been fixed that's going to be fixed.

Alex, Add me to the maybe list. I would say 50/50 at this point. I can't let Reloader be the only Wisconsin representation.

I have brand new tires and a new transmission in. I hope to come and just need to see if anything comes up at work that week. It will likely be just myself again this year. Sat to Sat. Not sure where I am going to stay or camp yet. Based on how the week goes I am game for taking a couple days and doing a longer expedition even one that requires a camp on the trail. Just a thought.

Thanks

Chastan

Well that makes it a short trip for you. Finally had to escape the Madison madness hey? Let me know if you need anything from WI like some spotted cow or cheese curds.....
