Mr. "T" is @ 24" now without the bumper, winch and Rock Rails, Mr. Red Roc'T next to him. "T" is @ 11 1/4 to the lowest point of the front diff skid plate. Red Roc'T is @ 12.5" with the half shafts almost paralell. I'm thinking maybe a 1/4" to a 1/2" more (@22 3/4" now)of T-bar cranking once the bumper, winch and Rock Rails are installed.

Looks awesome! How much do those tires rub at full lock?

Right now @ full stuff and full lock they rub a little on the inner fener well plastic up front. I will be trimming that anyway for the BA bumper/winch install later this week.

Wow, looks great! Also what brand is that roof rack?

KUSTOM!:shifty:

Southeast Michigan??? Dude you need to come down to the Badlands next week!

It would be very difficult for me to get the time off of work to be in Rausch Creek next weekend then PA AND Attica, IN the next weekend. With my recent promotion I am the "new guy" and I have to set an example for my team and the plant.
Plus, I committed to the Rausch Creek trip last April 4th just before leaving RC after the April Fools 2011 trip.

Day 15 (well night 15): Had 1 heck of a week @ work so I got home @ 8am and slept until 3pm. Needed that!

Picked up our BA bumper and RR Sliders tonight from the Media Blaster Guy. Picked up Duplicolor Bed Armor Kit and some spray cans. Rolling the Sliderz and spraying the BA. We will see how it holds up. I went with the Duplicolor kit and spray becaus I am a DIY guy and it is the only one I found that could be "touched up" with the original product without removing/sanding the existing coating. The product will bond to itself even after it is cured. A bonus for Rock Rails and Front Bumpers!

Prep: cleaned everything with brake cleaner and wiped down with lint free rags. According to all that I have read about the Duplicolor Bed Armor no etching primer is needed (plus the media blasting etched it for me).

I know you all want pix so there they are (YES, my garage is TRASHED, I have been trying to work on 3 HUMMERs, 2 R&R for sale and the build of Mr. Red Roc'T):

NEVER, they would cost to much to reproduce and neither of us have a metal fab shop to call our own.

Obviously it is just a matter of personal taste .... but I sure like the look and finer texture of that bed liner over the LineX.
Nice touch welding the grill guard to the bumper.
