Forget the re-gear....no such thing. As long as you're running a stock IFS...you're stuck with the 4.56s. And you'll hate em with 37" tires. Probably better off to stick with 35"s unless you are willing to do major surgery on the front end (custom axle swap).

I just got my Rancho in and I am having it put on now. I purchased it from PCS Custom Automotive. The price was about the best I could find and if you do four shocks Rancho is doing a $400 Rebate in the form of a prepaid Visa. Go to Rancho's web site and look at their promotions.

I did my own SAS. Here's a price breakdown....

FRONT AXLE -
$500 to $3000 (depending on parts) for a GM Dana 44 axle build.
FRONT SUSPENSION - $2000 for 3-link bracketry, springs, bumpstops, track-bar, driveshaft, etc.
STEERING SYSTEM - $600 for cross-over w/Nissan box & 1-ton GM ends.
REAR SUSPENSION - $750 for spring-over, re-gear, bumpstops, driveshaft.

Total parts would be in the neighborhood of $7,000. This includes shocks, brakes, PCM4less calibration, and fully compatible ABS, TCS, and Stabilitrac. This does not include your wheel/tire combination, sway-bars, or the front axle build. If you want to hire a fab shop...plan for around $5000 to $7000 in labor. If you want to do it yourself...I know exactly the combination of parts, critical dimensions, and where to cut. Advice is always free.

I recommend building the front axle ahead of time, and providing a fully assembled axle to your fabricator. Its one less thing you have to pay for. The front axle cost can vary quite a bit depending on the internal parts you choose. You can bolt-in a bone stock single-track 4.56 Dana 44 for $500...or you can build the hell out of one for $5000. Unfortunately, everything else is pretty much fixed cost...no real way to cut costs when it comes to bracketry and small fab parts.
