Well, these aren't exactly Black Sheep week, but these were taken on my way to Moab with some other BS Week alum in attendance (Bigunit and Bill). We went to Bill's cabin in the White Mountains of AZ which is right where the massive Wallow Fire took place last summer. Bill's cabin was spared but not by much - the fire was within 100 yards.

First snow of the season! This approx. 9000' elevation

Bill's place is in that meadow. To the right you can see the burn line in the trees

You shouldn't be able to see the ground here through the trees. All of the green is from seeding done by Forest Service helicopters

White Mountains

No, Bill isn't on the forum yet but I'm sure he will be soon. He is my Tucson neighbor who's really into hunting, quads & wheeling whenever he can join us (he has a Chevy 4x4, but my wife and I are trying to get him and his wife to get an H2 or H3). He's a great guy & spends a lot of time at his cabin in the White Mountains.
